How we work

Clear roles, written agreements and documents you can check. This is how we handle every deal.

Trader or broker: our role in your deal

Depending on the product and the deal, we act as the seller or as the intermediary. We always tell you clearly which role we have.

As trader

We buy from the producer and sell to you under our own contract.

  • One European counterparty for contract, invoice and documents
  • We coordinate loading, inspection and shipping
  • Payment to our EU company account

As broker / agent

We connect you directly with a producer or seller, identified with agreed documents before the deal, and follow it to delivery.

  • You sign directly with the seller
  • We negotiate price, specs and terms for you
  • Our commission is agreed in writing in advance

How a deal works

From your enquiry to the goods in your port, in six documented steps.

  1. 01

    Enquiry (RFQ)

You send product, specification, quantity, destination port, Incoterm and preferred payment terms.

  2. 02

    Written offer

We check availability with producers and send a written offer: origin, port of loading, named port and Incoterm, price, validity, specification, packaging, lead time, documents, inspection and excluded costs.

  3. 03

    Contract

Proforma invoice or sales contract with all terms: quality, quantity, tolerance, Incoterm, payment, documents.

  4. 04

    Production & inspection

The scope of checks is defined in the offer; independent pre-shipment inspection (e.g. SGS, Bureau Veritas) is arranged when agreed.

  5. 05

    Shipment & documents

Goods are shipped and you receive the agreed documents, e.g. B/L, invoice, packing list, CoA, certificate of origin.

  6. 06

    Payment & documents

Payment as agreed and release of the documents needed to collect the goods. Import clearance, duties and taxes are for the buyer according to the agreed Incoterm.

Documents agreed for your supply

  • Commercial invoice and packing list
  • Transport document: B/L for sea freight, CMR for road

  • Know-your-customer (KYC) checks on buyers and sellers
  • Every deal is subject to screening of applicable sanctions and restrictions on parties, goods and destination
  • Dangerous goods (e.g. caustic soda) packed, marked and declared under the applicable transport rules
  • Contracts in English, with governing law and jurisdiction clearly stated
Bank details and fraud prevention

We only receive payments on bank accounts in the name of Globalink T&I Kft. in the European Union — never on personal accounts. If you receive a request to change our bank details, do not pay: confirm it first through a channel you already know (our usual WhatsApp chat or info@globalinkkft.com) — never only by replying to the message that asks for the change.

For producers, suppliers and intermediaries

Are you a producer with available capacity, a stockist with goods to sell, or an agent with a real buyer? We work with partners under a written commission or non-circumvention agreement. Send us your offer with product, specification, quantity, location and terms.
